Dame Ndidi Onwusi

Dame Ndidi Onwusi is an Associate at A. J. Offiah & Co., specialising in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and family law. She has conducted cases in various courts across Nigeria, handling matters including land disputes, fundamental rights enforcement, criminal and civil cases, family law, and administration of estates. Her participation in election petition cases has also deepened her expertise in electoral disputes.

She advises clients on real estate law and represents them in complex commercial and civil disputes, family law matters, and arbitration proceedings. She provides strategic legal representation and advisory services across a broad range of practice areas, delivering practical legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Dame Ndidi holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (Enugu Campus), a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, a B.Ed from Anambra State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, and an NCE from Anambra State College of Education, Awka. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) International, FIDA Nigeria, and the Counseling Association of Nigeria.
