Daniel Peter

Daniel Peter is an Associate within the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice. He has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, representing clients in various courts across diverse areas including corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, contract law, employment matters, banking, and criminal law.

He previously worked in the Government Business Practice, advising on tax disputes and structuring, legislative and policy development, finance, and government relations. He has advised the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria on protecting secured creditor interests in Arik Air Limited, ATC Wireless Nigeria Limited on insurance recovery and revenue delegation issues, provided law enforcement support to Segilola Resources Operating Limited and Chapel Hill Denham at the EFCC, and advised Air France on tax evasion allegations against Arik Airways.

Daniel holds an LL.B. from Nasarawa State University, Keffi where he was the Best Graduating Student, Faculty of Law (2021), and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
