Ebelechukwu Enedah

Ebelechukwu Enedah is a Partner at PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors, where she heads the Capital Market, Family Law & Wealth Management, and Consultancy & Government Regulatory practice groups. She specialises in capital markets, project finance, legal and regulatory drafting, dispute resolution, insolvency, and corporate commercial law.

She has extensive experience in financial services law, insolvency, and business restructuring, having advised multinationals on credit facility restructurings, acted as Receiver/Manager in an insolvency matter with assets worth over ₦8 billion, and served as a trustee in an SEC‑administered ponzi scheme. She has been involved in many “big ticket” dispute resolution briefs in Nigeria. She served on pro bono committees of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), including the Technical Committee on the Commodities Trading Ecosystem and the Fintech Roadmap Committee, earning an award for her contribution to the development of the Nigerian capital market.

Ebelechukwu holds a higher national diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She is a Fellow of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
