Kemi Oluwagbemiro

Kemi Oluwagbemiro is an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial practice group, focusing on capital markets, aviation, infrastructure, and commercial transactions. She advises on corporate restructuring, equity and debt financing, and regulatory compliance under CAMA, the Investment and Securities Act, anti‑trust, and anti‑corruption laws.

She has worked with the team assisting the Lagos State Government on a Commonwealth/UN‑assisted project to develop policies and licences for ferry, freight, and terminal operators. She was part of the team that produced the new NIMASA Act draft, and acted as solicitor to the issue for the Primero Securitisation ₦15.5 billion bond issuance and a ₦50 billion Medium Term Note Programme (2019). She co‑authored the Nigerian chapter of the Aviation Law Review (2018 and 2019).

Kemi holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Lagos and a Qualifying Certificate from the Nigerian Law School. She is admitted to practice in Nigeria.
