Bukola Akinsulere

Bukola Akinsulere is a Managing Associate in the Capital Markets practice, with keen interest in finance and technology and how these fields interact with law. He advises on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, serving clients in the construction, infrastructure, and financial institutions sectors.

Before joining the firm, he was a Legal Counsel in a group of financial services companies where he advised on the applicability and implementation of SEC regulations, provided advice on transactions, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Bukola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
