Blessing Ajunwo-Choko is a Director in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at Alliance Law Firm. She leads the firm's Company Secretarial and Compliance Team as well as its Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment, and Sports Team, and serves as the firm's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Compliance Officer.

She holds an LL.B from Rivers State University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.M from the University of South Wales. A Certified Data Protection Compliance Officer (DPCO) and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Blessing combines corporate, regulatory, and transactional expertise with strong commercial insight.

Her practice focuses on Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial Law, Venture Capital, Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Data Protection, and Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law. She has advised on numerous significant corporate transactions and plays a key role in the firm's capital markets and corporate finance mandates.

Blessing has held several leadership positions within the legal profession, including Financial Secretary and Treasurer of the Capital Market Solicitors Association (CMSA), Secretary of the NBA-SBL International Trade Law Committee, and currently Assistant Secretary of the NBA-SBL Capital Market Committee. She also serves on international intellectual property committees and contributes actively to corporate governance initiatives.
