Orinari Horsfall is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Commercial Team, specialising in Capital Markets Law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competition law, and fintech. He has extensive experience in capital markets, securitisation, M&A, competition law, finance, and fintech, advising clients across industries including banking, mining, oil and gas, insurance, supply chain, and healthcare.

He has successfully navigated complex legal frameworks to provide strategic counsel on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and fintech advisory matters. He is known for his exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly, delivering practical and tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
