Iteoluwakiisi Akinwole

Iteoluwakiisi Akinwole is an Associate at the firm, working across the Finance and Capital Markets, Government Business, Aviation, and Oil & Gas Business Units. She advises a diverse clientele, including individuals, corporations, and government entities, on complex legal, regulatory, and transactional matters.

In Finance and Capital Markets, Iteoluwakiisi advised on the ₦300 Billion equity capital raise by Zenith Bank Plc through a Public Offer and Rights Issue, including reviewing documents and conducting due diligence, and assisted the Bank of Industry (BOI) on a proposed €1 billion syndicated loan, contributing to transaction structuring, documentation, and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Central Bank of Nigeria.

In Government Business, she contributed to the redrafting and review of the National Digital Economy and E-Governance Bill 2024, ensuring alignment with global best practices and Nigeria’s digital transformation objectives. She also publishes extensively on renewable energy, electricity, biodiversity, and youth development.

Iteoluwakiisi holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from Babcock University, Nigeria. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (ACIArb) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
