Eniola Elegushi

Notable engagements include acting as solicitor to a Nigerian real estate development company on a N23 billion private Sukuk issuance programme, advising a co-working space company on a USD20 million capital raise, and supporting an investor in a USD3.5 million renewable energy startup financing transaction.
