Oladele Oladunjoye

Oladele Oladunjoye is a legal practitioner at Greychapel Legal specialising in Capital Markets, Banking and Finance, Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Energy & Natural Resources. He holds an LL.M with distinction from the University of Warwick and an LL.B from the University of Lagos, and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

Oladele is a Notary Public and a registered capital market consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has advised on significant transactions, including the divestment of SPDC & Ors from OML 42, the Osun State Government N60 Billion Infrastructure Bond and Sukuk (the first state Sukuk issuance in Nigeria), and various cross-border syndicated facilities.

He serves as the Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of the NBA-SBL and the Honorary Vice-President of the Warwick University Nigeria Alumni Association. Oladele is also an accomplished author and speaker on law and finance, contributing to the development of regulatory and commercial frameworks in Nigeria’s banking, capital markets, and energy sectors.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Law Society of England and Wales, the International Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK), and the Capital Market Solicitors Association, Nigeria (CMSA).
