Jennifer Osedebamen Omonhe

Jennifer Osedebamen Omonhe is an Associate with expertise in private equity and capital markets. She advises on capital market transactions, cross‑border trade finance, private equity investments, vessel purchases, and corporate structuring, and provides company secretarial and regulatory compliance support.

She was part of the team that acted as joint solicitors for the issuer in a private commodity note issuance programme worth billions of naira, as Nigerian counsel to a foreign lender in a cross‑border trade finance facility of hundreds of millions of dollars, and as advisor to the borrower in a multi‑million dollar private equity transaction. She also worked on a vessel sale and purchase transaction exceeding a billion naira, prepared the terms and conditions of a home loan web portal for a multinational commercial bank, advised on corporate structure for an international exhibition organiser, and drafted and reviewed agreements including service level agreements, barter agreements, EPC contracts, ship management agreements, and finance agreements.

Jennifer holds an LL.B (Hons) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
