Olubukola Opebiyi is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate Finance Team, with over 13 years of professional experience specialising in capital markets, corporate finance, banking, project finance, and corporate acquisitions. She advises clients on commercial and corporate transactions, with a strong focus on capital market offerings, banking and finance arrangements, and corporate acquisition transactions.

She has been involved in several significant banking and finance as well as capital market-related transactions, providing strategic legal counsel across multiple sectors. Her practice spans both advisory and transactional work, delivering commercially focused legal solutions to clients across various industries.

Olubukola holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.
