Femi Owoade

Femi Owoade is an Associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, based in the Lagos office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. He advises clients on commercial disputes and represents global brand owners in trademark, copyright, and patent matters across Nigeria and other African jurisdictions, with a focus on intellectual property litigation and anti-counterfeiting strategies.

His work spans key sectors including Food & Beverages, Personal Care & Hygiene, and Health & Pharmaceuticals. He regularly acts as legal counsel in high-profile infringement and enforcement proceedings and designs effective anti-counterfeiting strategies for owners of well-known brands across Africa.

Femi holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2019) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2022). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
