Eniola Ogunlaja

Eniola Ogunlaja is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specialising in intellectual property law, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law and practice, particularly in relation to trademark searches, filings, and registration.

Eniola has relevant experience in conducting legal due diligence exercises and advising on regulatory compliance and ancillary commercial and corporate matters. She also supports clients on various corporate and commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks and protecting their intellectual property interests.

Eniola holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2016), a BA in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London (2014), and a BL (Honours) from the Nigerian Law School (2017). She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria.
