Gabriel Eze

Gabriel Eze is the Lead Associate at Infusion Lawyers with a strong focus on Technology Law, blockchain technology, data privacy, intellectual property, and digital asset regulation. He advises global technology companies, cryptocurrency platforms, and Web3 businesses on regulatory compliance, governance, and emerging technology matters.

As a core member of the Firm’s Blockchain and Virtual Asset Practice, Gabriel has advised several international crypto brands with significant operations in Nigeria. He previously served on the Policy and Regulations Committee of the Stakeholders in Blockchain Technology Association of Nigeria (SiBAN), contributing to the development of blockchain policy and regulatory frameworks. He also participated in the research team that contributed to the first Mondaq International Comparative Guide on Blockchain for Nigeria.

Gabriel provides ongoing compliance support to Web3 payment solution providers and has developed expertise in data protection, digital assets, and technology regulation. Beyond blockchain, he is actively involved in the extended reality (XR) ecosystem, mentoring startups across Africa through AV/VR Africa.

He also serves as Secretary of the International Trade Council (ITC) Nigeria and Chairperson of its Membership Committee, combining his interests in technology, international business, and cross-border trade. His practice focuses on helping innovative businesses navigate complex legal and regulatory environments while supporting sustainable growth and market expansion.
