Gabriel O. Onojason, MCIArb is a Partner at Alliance Law Firm specializing in Corporate and Commercial law and the Dispute Resolution Team. With over 16 years of diversified experience, Gabriel has advised on complex transactions and projects across banking and finance, project finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity and asset acquisitions, telecommunications, regulatory compliance, foreign investments, real estate transactions, labour/employment, intellectual property, tax, energy, and insolvency matters.

Gabriel is an active member of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration department, managing a broad portfolio of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution cases that encompass regulatory, commercial, criminal, labour, tax, insolvency, and election petition matters. He combines his expertise in legal research, negotiation, and management to structure innovative and high-value transactions for both private and public sector clients.
