Jennifer Kachisicho Ortuanya is an Associate Counsel in the Energy and Natural Resources and Financial Services practice groups at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specialising in infrastructure law, project finance, and energy and natural resources. She advises a diverse range of clients on mergers and acquisitions, finance, renewable energy, and gas infrastructure projects, including those financed by development finance institutions and banking syndicates.

Jennifer has advised an energy‑as‑a‑service provider on a sustainability programme delivering photovoltaic power systems; a Norwegian development finance institution on trust and security documentation for a Nigerian renewable energy company; an international development bank on structuring security packages for a Singapore‑headquartered commodities group and its West African subsidiaries; a major Nigerian power distribution company on a proposed share divestment; and minority shareholders of a leading Nigerian pension company on governance rights and strategic protections in a ₦4.4 billion share acquisition executed through a merger scheme. She also supports cross‑border transactions, complex due diligence exercises, and regulatory compliance matters.
