Abisola Odeinde

Abisola Odeinde is a Partner at the firm, formerly a Director in the Power & Infrastructure practice. She brings more than 17 years of top-tier experience in corporate, project, and structured finance as well as mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises clients on transaction structuring, debt and equity financing, security, corporate and commercial advisory, and derivative transactions.

She is presently advising FGN Power Company Limited on the implementation of the Presidential Power Initiative, cutting across transmission and distribution subsectors of the Nigerian power sector. Her papers 'Credit Derivatives in Risk Management – Worth the Risk?' and 'SPACs – A Viable Alternative to an IPO?' are widely cited in complex transactions. Abi holds an LL.B from the University of Wales, Cardiff, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, an LL.M from University College London, and an MBA from Durham Business School, Durham University.
