Joseph Kulugh

Joseph Kulugh is a highly experienced litigation lawyer at Greychapel Legal, specialising in Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Debt Recovery, and Risk Management. He has over 30 years of trial advocacy experience, representing clients across banking and finance, capital markets, maritime law, oil and gas, labour and industrial relations, corporate insolvency, election petitions, and land law.

Since 1993, Joseph has participated in more than 280 cases, including serving as Special Counsel in the criminal appeal case of The Republic of Togo vs. Sefeou at the Criminal Court of Appeal, Lome, Republic of Togo, securing a favorable outcome under an executive Adhoc Fiat/Special License. He has also authored over 200 briefs of argument, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of procedural and substantive law.

Joseph holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and an International Executive Postgraduate Diploma (IPGD) with distinction.
