Joshua Uchechukwu Olewu is a Trainee Associate at Alliance Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Dispute Resolution (Litigation & Alternative Methods), Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Services, Business Advisory, Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property, Taxation, and Employment Law. He supports the firm’s legal team in developing and executing legal strategies for both domestic and international clients. 

Joshua has earned professional certifications from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb), demonstrating a strong foundation in legal and corporate governance principles. He has also authored and co‑authored several peer‑reviewed publications on arbitration, consumer protection, intellectual property, and other contemporary legal issues.

Prior to joining Alliance Law Firm, Joshua interned with reputable law firms across Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu, Nigeria, and remains active in thought leadership and pro‑bono engagements that support the professional development of aspiring lawyers. He holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), ICSAN, and NICArb.
