Mobolaji Kuti is a Partner with expertise in litigation, arbitration and ADR, telecommunications law, and taxation and regulatory compliance. He has over two decades of cross‑jurisdictional experience in high‑stakes dispute resolution, representing multinational corporations, high‑net‑worth clients, and government‑owned entities in complex commercial and tax litigation before Nigeria’s superior courts and arbitral panels.

He led as principal solicitor to a major international oilfield services company in securing presidential approval for the re‑exportation of equipment valued north of a billion naira, successfully represented a state‑owned oil corporation in a landmark tax dispute worth millions of dollars before the Federal High Court, and advised a leading international data controller on establishing a local Nigerian entity in compliance with the NDPR. He has also delivered advisory services to a top‑tier legal software company on IP protection, data privacy, corporate restructuring, and the Nigeria Start‑up Act, and provided legal support to a financial services group on project finance structuring and data protection. His practice encompasses tax disputes, regulatory enforcement, contractual claims, and cross‑border arbitration, as well as strategic advisory on litigation risk management and dispute avoidance.

Mobolaji holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Law Society of England and Wales, and the International Bar Association. He has been appointed Managing Editor of the Nigerian Monthly Law Reports (NMLR).
