Temidayo Felicia Oketola

Temidayo Felicia Oketola is a Senior Associate with expertise in dispute resolution and taxation. She represents clients in complex commercial, regulatory, and tax disputes across the energy, manufacturing, mining, and financial services sectors, and also provides tax advisory services.

She has been a team member representing a major Nigerian LNG company in disputes arising from federal agency blockade of its vessels, the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria in litigation and advocacy against undue electricity tariff hikes, and the NNPC in disputes over substandard fuel importation. She has coordinated counsel for a multi‑million dollar petroleum refining company and acted as lead counsel in high‑profile commercial and civil disputes at trial and appellate levels. She has actively participated in tax disputes involving leading financial institutions, served as external legal auditor for a commercial bank, handled land and family disputes, and acted as lead counsel in complex mediations at the Lagos Multi‑Door Court House. She also provides regular tax advisory opinions to companies and has edited judgments for weekly publication in Thisday Newspaper.

Temidayo holds an LL.B (Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile‑Ife, Osun State and is admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (2022). She has been appointed a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
