Emmanuel

Emmanuel is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Labour and Employment and Arbitration Practice Groups. Known for his ability to analyse knotty legal issues and proffer practical solutions to client, he regularly advises and represents both indigenous and foreign clients on general dispute, arbitration, debt recovery, labour and employment matters. He was part of the legal team that successfully argued the non-exclusivity of the distribution license issued to Distribution companies by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. Emmanuel is currently on the legal team representing an international telecommunication company in an action before the Federal High Court seeking to determine whether a non-signatory can be bound by an arbitral award.
