Olusegun Olaiya

Olusegun Olaiya is the Head of Practice at a leading Nigerian law firm. He is a resourceful lawyer with a strong background in litigation and cognate experience in negotiation, as well as a broad spectrum of dispute resolution mechanisms.

He has been involved in several landmark commercial litigation matters before superior courts as well as arbitral proceedings. He also advises and represents local and international clients on disputes and legal issues across a wide range of transactions, including banking, capital markets, aviation, insurance, real estate, insolvency, election, employment and labour, telecommunications, matrimonial, human rights, and other related issues.

He holds an LL.B degree and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
