Lucky Ayeki

Lucky Ayeki is a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution Team, with over 20 years of post‑call experience. He handles complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation across a broad range of sectors, and is widely acknowledged for his negotiation and mediation skills.

He has represented multinational companies in environmental pollution suits, advised on tax claim settlements, and acted for financial institutions and leading telecommunications companies in breach of contract disputes. His practice also includes employment disputes, debt recovery for financial institutions, land disputes, and arbitration proceedings in oil‑related matters. He appears regularly at both trial and appellate levels, including the Supreme Court.

Lucky holds an LL.B from the University of Calabar and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. He also holds a qualifying certificate as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
