Oduduabasi Godswill Ituen is a Senior Associate with expertise in dispute resolution, commercial law, and alternative dispute resolution. He is an astute litigator and negotiator with years of experience in general litigation, pre‑election and election matters, employment, intellectual property disputes, commercial transactions, and real estate matters, representing clients from the High Court to the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Paul Erokoro SAN & Co., where he honed his courtroom and drafting skills. He has also been involved in entrepreneurship and business strategy, bringing a result‑driven approach to legal practice.

Oduduabasi holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
