Kanyinsola Adekoya

Kanyinsola Adekoya is an Associate in the firm’s Governance and Secretarial Practice Group. She advises clients on corporate governance, company secretarial services, regulatory compliance, and corporate law, providing support for both local and international organizations.

Kanyinsola demonstrates strong academic and advocacy skills and maintains a particular interest in intellectual property and corporate law. She assists clients in navigating governance frameworks, implementing compliance measures, and ensuring effective corporate administration.

She holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B (Hons) from Lagos State University. Kanyinsola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
