Anietie Philip

Anietie Philip is a Senior Counsel in the Lagos office of Dentons ACAS‑Law, specialising in corporate governance, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance. He advises local and foreign clients on business establishment, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters.

Anietie has provided secretarial support to Boards across various sectors and has experience in dispute resolution and advocacy. He has advised a family‑driven not‑for‑profit entity on the restructuring of philanthropic vehicles, and has served as Panel Secretary to an Appeal Panel set up by a government agency to deal with appeals arising from its demutualisation.

Anietie holds an LL.B from Afe Babalola University (2017) and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2018).
