Kemisola Deborah Ajayi

Kemisola Deborah Ajayi is an Associate with expertise in technology, IT and telecoms, as well as investment and asset management. She has substantial experience in commercial disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advisory. She advises leading medical companies in Nigeria on legal and compliance issues, represented a leading company in a multi‑billion naira lease transaction, and participated in the recovery of a billion‑dollar debt for a leading finance company. She also represents clients in commercial disputes and debt recovery matters.

Kemisola holds an LL.B (Hons) from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigerian Branch (CIARB).
