Lateef Bamidele

Lateef Bamidele is a Senior Associate and member of the Energy Practice Team. He provides legal advice to businesses and public institutions on policy and transactional issues across the energy industry, including oil, gas, power, solid minerals, and renewables. His prior experience in courts representing clients in the oil and gas, power, mining, and finance sectors informs his ability to navigate complex legal challenges.

Lateef holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Section on Business Law, Nigerian Gas Association, and Lawyers in Energy Network.
