Maryam Abdulsalam

Maryam Abdulsalam is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Department, providing detailed advisory services to local and international clients on intellectual property, technology law, data protection, privacy, and corporate and commercial matters. She has also gained experience in dispute resolution, where she represented clients' interests through various dispute resolution mechanisms.

She conducts intensive and analytical research on legal opinions, ensuring clients' satisfaction and providing practical solutions to complex legal issues. Her core areas of interest include intellectual property and technology law, data protection and privacy, and corporate and commercial law.

Maryam holds an LL.B from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She has published articles including "Is Registration of Copyright a requirement for proving infringement?" on Mondaq.
