Olusola Tunmise-Ajani

Olusola Tunmise-Ajani is a Senior Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Law practice at Jackson, Etti & Edu, based in the Lagos office. She is recognized for her expertise in trademark prosecution and intellectual property strategy, with experience spanning litigation and corporate commercial practice.

Ms. Tunmise-Ajani has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, healthcare companies, technology businesses, manufacturers, and emerging enterprises on complex trademark portfolios, IP enforcement, commercialization, anti-counterfeiting strategies, and regulatory compliance across Nigeria and Africa. She has successfully represented clients in trademark prosecution, oppositions, renewals, licensing, due diligence, IP audits, and regulatory advisory.

She holds a dual Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (Specialization in Industrial Property) from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Tongji University, China, an LL.B. from the University of Bristol, England, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Law Advocacy Network, and the NBA Section on Business Law.
