Chisom Ofoma

Chisom Ofoma is a Trainee Associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology department. She supports clients in navigating regulatory frameworks governing data privacy, digital communications, and intellectual property protection in Nigeria and across emerging markets. Her experience includes corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection compliance assessments, implementing frameworks aligned with international best practices.

She holds a First Class Honours LL.B. from Babcock University, where she was recognised as a BOSAN Scholar (2022) by the Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria. She received her B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025. She is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
