Priscilla Ufete

Priscilla Ufete is an Associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, based in the Lagos office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. She focuses on intellectual property litigation, brand protection, and technology litigation, and is an integral member of the firm's trademark opposition unit, representing clients in contentious administrative and quasi-judicial trademark opposition proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks.

She is also instrumental in various settlement discussions involving client trademarks and has been involved in IP enforcement actions before Nigerian courts and administrative panels at the Intellectual Property Office. She regularly provides legal advice to local and international clients on the enforcement of IP rights and modalities for trademark protection in Nigeria.

Priscilla holds an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, the International Trademark Association, and the Intellectual Property Law Advocacy Network.
