Itohan Iroro

Itohan Iroro is a Managing Associate and Deputy Head of Jackson, Etti & Edu's Intellectual Property Practice, based in Victoria Island, Lagos. She also serves as Deputy Sector Head for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law.

Itohan is a distinguished legal expert in commercial intellectual property and brand protection. As Deputy Head of the firm's IP Practice, she advises clients on protecting valuable intellectual assets and commercial rights. With additional expertise in corporate commercial law and real estate, she delivers comprehensive legal solutions tailored to business needs.

She is a chartered secretary and governance specialist, affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), bringing expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Itohan is also dedicated to societal impact through initiatives like "Conversation with Born to Win", a platform for discussing social issues and finding solutions. She actively supports community engagement and women's empowerment through the Africa Women Lawyers Association (AWLA) and has held leadership roles in ICSAN's Lagos chapter.
