Omotayo Okere

Mrs. Omotayo Okere is a Senior Associate actively involved in intellectual property law practice, especially filing and prosecution of trademarks, oppositions, and related litigation. She is also experienced in corporate and commercial law, providing legal advisory services to financial institutions and corporate organisations on company formation, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, corporate governance, debt recovery, and foreign direct investments.

She is a registered and accredited member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and advises on NAFDAC regulations and product registration. She also handles real estate documentation matters with the Lands Registry, including perfection, regularisation, and consent. Her practice further extends to immigration, data protection, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Omotayo holds an LL.B from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
