Oluwateniola Falade is an Associate with expertise in Intellectual Property Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Dispute Resolution. Her experience includes managing cross-border M&A transactions, advising on licensing agreements, brand protection, and IP portfolio management, and providing legal support in entertainment and media law. She is known for her strategic thinking, precision, and ability to deliver practical legal solutions that maximize value for clients’ commercial and IP assets.

Oluwateniola has advised a Tier 1 bank on the divestment of a subsidiary through an auction process, managed global trademark and copyright portfolios for clients, and drafted and negotiated agreements for high-profile entertainment clients. She is also the author of publications on warranties and indemnities insurance in M&A transactions and trademark cancellation under the Nigerian Trademarks Act.

She holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from Babcock University. Oluwateniola is a member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (ACIArb), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
