Gina Loko-Idoko

Gina Loko-Idoko is a Senior Associate at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, practicing in the Corporate and Commercial group, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. She advises clients on brand protection, intellectual property licensing, acquisition, and management, with particular focus on trademarks and copyright.

Gina also advises on media and entertainment law, preparing and negotiating related agreements. Notable matters include advising an international manufacturer and distributor of wines and spirits on filing, registration, and maintenance of its trademark portfolio in Nigeria, including opposition matters; negotiating a software licensing agreement for a Nigerian financial consulting company; and negotiating a sports sponsorship agreement on behalf of a Nigerian company for the sponsorship of a Nigerian golfer. Prior to joining Dentons ACAS‑Law, she worked in commercial dispute resolution.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association of Nigeria.
