Susan Akinade

Susan Akinade is a Senior Associate in Jackson, Etti & Edu's Intellectual Property practice, based in Victoria Island, Lagos. Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law, specialising in IP portfolio management, commercial intellectual property and data protection.

She is also a member of the Health and Pharmaceuticals Sector, contributing to the firm's growth in healthcare and life sciences. Susan manages IP portfolios for local and international brands, provides advisory services, and drafts commercial agreements in technology and IP.

She also conducts data audits, training and compliance services for clients. As a member of the Jackson, Etti & Edu Intellect First Team, she contributes to publishing IP insights and staying up to date on African IP developments.

She holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School and an LLB from the University of Lagos.
