Oludamola Awobokun

Oludamola Awobokun is an Associate in the Energy Practice team with expertise in energy law. She provides legal advice to private and public stakeholders in the energy sector, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, project finance, and regulatory reviews.

She co‑facilitated the Independent Petroleum Producers Group (IPPG) and NBA‑SBL Legal & Regulatory Workshop in July 2022, focused on addressing critical issues in the Petroleum Industry Act 2021 (PIA) to ensure smooth implementation of its provisions. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Business Law and has held various positions on the Conference Planning Committees of the NBA‑SBL’s 13th, 14th, and 16th Annual International Business Law Conferences.

Oludamola holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She also holds a master’s degree from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, Scotland.
