He represents clients in high‑stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, election petitions, and regulatory enforcement across the oil and gas, finance, aviation, and construction sectors.

He has represented a leading international oil company in federal and appellate courts in multi‑billion naira oil spill claims, represented high‑profile clients in criminal prosecutions by the EFCC and government, and acted for clients in high‑value disputes involving the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). He was part of the team representing Nigeria's state‑owned oil corporation in litigation and arbitral proceedings involving hundreds of millions of dollars, and part of the team that represented a respondent in a gubernatorial election petition tribunal up to the Supreme Court. He successfully obtained a multi‑billion naira judgment for a leading infrastructure management company against the world's leading air transport IT and communications specialist, represented a major concessionaire in landmark cases against the federal government in the aviation industry, and leads the legal team handling the litigation portfolio of a leading construction company in Nigeria.

Oluseun holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Ibadan and passed the qualifying professional examination from the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
