Omotayo Ogunbadewa

Omotayo Ogunbadewa is a Senior Associate and leads the Employment Law Practice Group, specialising in employment and labour law. He provides strategic legal advice and representation on employment matters, including dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation.

He has extensive experience advising clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation. His leadership of the Employment Law Practice Group reflects his deep expertise in this area.

Omotayo holds an LL.B from Benson Idahosa University, Edo State, where he served as President of the Law Students Association, and an LL.M from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigeria Branch.
