Patrick Omodia

Patrick Omodia is an Associate with a practice focused on Labour and Employment Law, regulatory compliance, and policy development. He advises clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, oil and gas, infrastructure, and financial services, providing practical guidance on legal and regulatory issues affecting their operations.

His experience includes advising both employers and employees on employment relationships, collective bargaining arrangements, workforce management issues, and employment termination matters. Patrick also supports clients in navigating workplace compliance requirements and evolving labour regulations.

Beyond employment law, he has been involved in legislative and policy development initiatives in Nigeria. His work includes advising on policy reforms relating to finance and capital markets transactions, contributing to reforms that supported secured capital raising activities and subsequent legislative developments.

Patrick regularly provides general corporate and regulatory advisory services, assisting companies in managing their interactions with governmental agencies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
