Stephen Azubuike

Stephen Azubuike leads the Dispute Resolution Practice of the firm. He specialises in dispute prevention, dispute management, and dispute resolution, and is a certified mediator by the Lagos Multi‑door Court House. He has successfully argued cases from High Courts to Appellate Courts on behalf of financial institutions, corporate bodies, multinationals, government agencies, and tech companies.

Stephen is the author of Stephen Legal Digest, a top‑rated legal digest published by UNILAG Press, and frequently publishes incisive analysis of case law and legal issues on his blog. He has been published in the University of Benin Law Journal, The Guardian, The Nation, Thisday, The Cable, and Proshare. He is a multiple‑award‑winning lawyer, recipient of the NBA Service Award, ThisDay Legal Personality of the Week, University of Lagos Distinguished Alumnus Award, and the National Merit Scholarship Award.

Stephen holds an LL.B from the University of Benin and an LL.M from the University of Lagos.
