Victor Olaitan

Victor Olaitan is an Associate with expertise in Litigation/Arbitration and Corporate/Commercial law. He advises on complex litigation, corporate restructuring, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance for multinational clients.

He was among the legal team carrying out a large merger between two conglomerates worth ₦500 billion, ensuring all regulatory compliance, and spearheaded the liquidation of a multi‑million naira project in the South‑South region. He successfully represented a client in the Oil & Gas sector, mediating civil disputes with the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), and has carried out internal restructuring at designated regulatory agencies. He also participated in the procurement of a Pioneer Status Incentive for a client engaged in construction services worth $200 million.

Victor holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative.
