Yimika Phillips

Yimika Phillips is a Partner and heads the firm’s Enterprise Practice Group. She focuses on corporate and regulatory advisory matters and has extensive experience supporting businesses across a wide range of industries, including energy, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media, advertising, hospitality, and labour-related sectors.

Her practice is centered on mergers and acquisitions, group reorganizations, corporate restructuring, demergers, corporate finance, and corporate governance. Yimika regularly advises both local and international clients on complex transactions, strategic business initiatives, and regulatory compliance matters, helping organizations navigate evolving commercial and legal environments.

She has developed significant expertise in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and corporate projects, providing practical legal solutions that align with clients’ commercial objectives. Her work frequently involves advising on business structuring, governance frameworks, investment transactions, and ongoing corporate advisory matters.

Yimika holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos. She also possesses a B.Pharm and a B.Sc in Botany from the University of Ife, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her legal practice, particularly in highly regulated industries.
