Abiola Mohammed

Abiola Mohammed is a results‑driven legal practitioner with core expertise in dispute resolution, litigation, corporate advisory, real estate law, and sports law. He advises and represents individuals and corporate clients across a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious matters, including commercial disputes, property and tenancy issues, contractual claims, matrimonial causes, personal injury matters, and criminal defence.

He has represented clients in high‑value commercial litigation and debt recovery matters, securing favourable judgments, negotiated settlements, injunctive reliefs, and enforcement outcomes across superior courts of record in Nigeria. He has advised on complex real estate transactions, including title due diligence, perfection of title, land acquisition, lease structuring, and resolution of property and tenancy disputes. He has also provided corporate and regulatory advisory services on incorporation, governance, compliance, and contract drafting, and has acted in matrimonial and criminal matters, achieving practical outcomes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration where appropriate.

Abiola holds an LL.B (Second Class Upper Division) from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Section on Business Law, the NBA Section on Legal Practice, and is currently pursuing membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He has served in various leadership roles within the NBA, including Head Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee, Law and Civil Society (NYSC 2016‑2017), and member of multiple NBA Ikeja and Lagos Branch committees.
