Anthony Nwabuike

Anthony Nwabuike is an Associate in the firm's Banking and Finance Law and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practices, based in the Lagos office. He advises local and international businesses, including financial institutions, on financing transactions such as trade finance, structured finance, and M&A, and guides clients on regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria and other bodies.

He is a strong advocate for arbitration, holding memberships with the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the London Court of International Arbitration. He also has an interest in ESG and its link to corporate finance, and volunteers at the University of Nigeria Law Clinic, where he previously served as Director of Lectures on Human Rights.

Anthony holds an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2020) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2022).
