Ayodeji Oyetunde is a Partner in Aluko & Oyebode's Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices. He advises clients on debt and equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance.
