Emmanuel Ishola

Emmanuel Ishola is an Associate in the firm's Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity and Dispute Resolution Practice Units. He advises individuals, indigenous and multinational companies on complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, internal and external restructuring, commercial litigation, fundamental rights enforcement, and civil and criminal procedure.

Emmanuel holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, where he received the Director General's Prize for First Class Students (2024). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
